Nashville Behind The Song Showcases Gary Burr, Georgia Middleman and Dave Berg Unveiling the Stories Behind the Songs

Gary Burr was working as an electrician when he penned his first hit, Juice Newton’s pop wonder, “Loves Been A Little Bit Hard On Me”. Songwriting is in his blood! He’s a co-founding member of The Blue Sky Riders along with his wife, songwriter Georgia Middleman, and Kenny Loggins. With fourteen #1 hits to his credit, the Hall Of Fame songwriter has garnered “Songwriter of the Year" titles from ASCAP, Billboard, and NSAI.
Georgia Middleman is an award-winning songwriter with songs recorded by Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, Joe Nichols, Martina McBride, Sheila E., Radney Foster, Maia Sharp and more. Her song “I’m In” climbed to the top of the country charts, courtesy of Keith Urban. She’s a co-founding member of The Blue Sky Riders along with Gary Burr and Kenny Loggins.
Dave Berg has five #1 Billboard country hits including the “most played” country song of 2008 “If You’re Going Through Hell” by Rodney Atkins. His other hits include “Stupid Boy” by Keith Urban, “These Are My People” by Rodney Atkins, “Moments” by Emerson Drive and “What Kinda Gone” by Chris Cagle.
