Through Discover Sooner's partnership with Molly Girl Music, we mentor aspiring songwriters, artists, and producers, providing the skills and tools needed to build successful careers in film and TV.

The Sooner Sync MasterCamp is a hands-on experience, helping songwriters write songs that work for tv and film, produce music at industry standards, and confidently navigate the sync licensing process.

Scholarship requirements
Selected artists will have a strong track record of:

Writing and releasing original music
-
Promoting their work on social media
-
Booking and performing live shows
-
Building relationships with fans, producers, and fellow artists​

Ability to record vocals at home studio​​
Scholarships are granted in return for:

Full scholarships are awarded in exchange for 100% of the publisher’s share on songs written during the program
-
Partial scholarships (up to $200) are awarded in exchange for 50% of the publisher’s share on those songs
-
Writers retain their full writer’s share

Writers retain their pro-rata share of the master recording (see Sync MasterCamp FAQs.)
